"Our Story"

The Meyer Family has been in the restaurant business in Chattanooga since 1994. Our latest restaurant:
The Original Blue Orleans Creole Restaurant  was launched in 2006 and is the result of a desire to introduce
a new cuisine to Chattanooga and share our love of the culture and cuisine of New Orleans
with Greater Chattanooga and the Tri-State area.

Blue Orleans' grand opening, on August 29, 2006, was a celebration and blending of cultures,
which struck home with New Orleanians who relocated here, as well as long time Chattanooga residents.
The response to our efforts to recreate the flavor and ambiance of New Orleans has been overwhelming.
Blue Orleans Creole Restaurant is truly the
"Heart of Chattanooga and the Soul of New Orleans"!

The staff of Blue Orleans appreciates each and every one of our "guests".
We pledge to offer you the very best service and authentic New Orleans flavor,
steeped in the tradition of New Orleans' Hospitality!

We hope you will consider yourselves part of Our Family - for, if was not for “You”,
there would be no “Us”
.
